ScalableVision Capital Co-founder Sally Shi joins board of AAASE and launches AAASE Silicon Valley Summer Academy

Sally Shi joins AAASE (Asian American Academy of Science & Engineering, aaase.org) as a board member and is a co-chair for its Leadership Development Committee and Summer Academy Committee. Under Sally’s leadership, she and her equally compassionate, accomplished fellow social entrepreneurs launched AAASE Silicon Valley Academy 2024.  The program is a 7-day full residential STEM leadership intensive at Stanford University. The program features stimulating lectures by world-class professors and industry icons in four STEM areas, and STEM leadership workshops to showcase entrepreneurship with group projects on demo day, all for highly selective high school students.  The winning teams will be invited to present and compete to be a national winner at AAASE Summit in November at National Academy of Science and Engineering in Irvine, CA.
